The sample tiny house, natural pine cladding, on grass

One model.
Every finish you offer.

This is the sample model exactly as a buyer sees it, including the tabs they use to step inside, room by room.

01

Every quote request, answered before it reaches you

Today, each request lands on someone’s desk and waits for a person to work out a price. With the configurator, the buyer builds the house, sees the price and gets the full quote by email. Your team starts from a buyer who already knows what they want and what it costs.

a)

Real-time pricing and specs

Every length, cladding, opening and finish is priced by your own rules and updates as the buyer clicks. Where a price depends on the site or the project, mark it “on request”.

b)

Instant quotes to their inbox

When the buyer is done, a quote with the full specification, dimensions, materials, finishes and extras, goes to their email. Nobody on your team had to write it.

c)

Pre-qualified leads

You receive the same quote with the buyer’s contact, in your inbox or straight into your CRM. You know what they chose and which price they saw before the first call.

d)

Easy to plug in

It runs on your own domain and sends every lead to the email or CRM you already use. Nothing new for your team to learn.

The configurator does not replace your sales conversation. It removes the part before it.

02

Three steps, and almost none of them are yours

Step 01

You send the model

CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or just the plans and a materials list. We work from what you already have.

Step 02

We build the combinatorics

Every length, cladding, opening, finish and extra, modelled once and priced by your rules.

Step 03

It lives on your site

Your domain, your brand. Buyers configure and get their quote; you get the lead, with specification, price and contact, in your inbox or your CRM.

Be free to edit it

Options, prices, what is published and what stays hidden, all of it from an admin panel that is yours.

The admin panel: per-variant prices, and the switch that makes the configurator public

What the setup delivers

The setup project builds all of it. The monthly fee keeps it running, current and supported.

01

A configurator on your own site. Your domain, your design, no third-party badge.

02

Automatic quotes. Sent to the buyer the moment they finish, with the full specification.

03

Leads that arrive complete. Configuration, price and contact, into your inbox or CRM.

04

Pricing you control. Your rules, your margins, edited by you without calling us.

05

Photo-realistic stills of every variant. Same pipeline, for your catalogue, social media and ads.

06

Hosting, updates and support. Covered by the monthly fee, for as long as it runs.

The buyer can explore all around, interior and exterior

How much does quoting cost you?

Every request needs someone qualified to read it, work out a price and write back. Most of those requests never become an order. Put in your own numbers.

Your quoting today

emails, forms and calls asking for a price, including quotes for grant and funding applications

reading the request, working out the price, writing it up, and the follow-up emails

salary plus social charges and overheads of whoever does the quoting

What quoting costs you a year

30 requests × 2 h × €25 × 12 months

Spent on buyers who never order€15,300

You are already paying for quotes. The question is whether a qualified person writes each one, or the buyer builds it themselves.

Your configurator

First year, one house type€9,000

Less than the €15,300 you spend quoting buyers who never order. It pays for itself from about 18 requests a month.

€3,000 setup + 12 months at €500. Each extra house type adds €3,000 to the setup.

05

One setup,
then a flat monthly fee.

You pay once per house type to have it modelled and made configurable, then €500 a month for hosting, updates and support.

A house type is a layout, a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom. Every length, finish, interior and accessory variant of that layout is included.

What makers ask us

“Our clients want to talk to a person.”

Good, they still will. They will just arrive at that call already knowing the length, the cladding and the price. Your team spends the call selling, not quoting.

“Every house we build is different.”

Then the configurator covers the part that repeats, sizes, cladding, openings and finishes, and gives the buyer a starting price. Whatever is truly bespoke stays “on request” and arrives flagged for your team.

“Will buyers hold us to the price?”

The quote carries your terms: indicative, valid for a set period, subject to site and transport, or whatever you normally write. You set that wording once.

“Does it work with our CRM?”

Yes. Every lead can land in your inbox, straight in your CRM, or both. We connect it as part of the setup.

“We change our models frequently.”

You have full access to the back office. It's easy to edit some options and prices; we only need you for genuinely new geometry.

“What do you need from us to start?”

The geometry, in CAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, FBX, OBJ or similar, or the plans and a materials list. The list of what you want configurable. And your prices, or the rules behind them.

“How long does it take?”

Between 45 and 90 days from kick-off to live, depending on how many house types you put in.

“What does the monthly fee cover?”

Hosting and delivery of the 3D model, updates as browsers and devices change, support when changes are needed, adjustments to your options and pricing, and 2 hours of help desk support. New models are quoted separately.

Twenty minutes.

Bring your range and a rough idea of how many quote requests you handle a month. We will show you what the configurator would do with it, and give you a straight answer on whether it pays off.
